Casa Los Hermanos is located in a small hamlet that belongs to Comares. This property is easily accessible via a fully paved road. The entrance gate leads to a large estate with different buildings.
The main house consists of two floors. There is a very large sun-drenched south-facing terrace with an old grapevine that provides ample shade and produces sweet grapes. On the ground floor, we find an authentic kitchen with a large fireplace and an open living space. There is a bathroom with a bathtub and a separate room for storage or for the washing and drying machine. This space connects to a medium-sized study that can be converted or furnished according to your preferences. From the living area of the main house, if we go up a few stairs, we have two spacious and bright bedrooms on either side of the staircase. If we continue upwards, we reach a landing with a French balcony from where you have beautiful views of the surrounding landscape. You can change the layout of the building because there are so many different possibilities, but you can also keep the existing configuration if you have a large family or want to invite many guests.
Besides the main house, there are two separate casitas that can be furnished according to your preferences. Both casitas are approximately the same size and each has its own individual entrance with a terrace at the front. This is ideal for creating rental potential.
The garden is divided into different flat terraces, making it easy to grow vegetables and fruits. There are also some olive trees present. Currently, there is a small swimming pool, but it can be enlarged if desired. The house is connected to the municipal water and electricity network.
