This finca in the valley of Casarabonela has been designed not only to enjoy the beautiful surroundings but also to generate an income for the owners.
Property Details:
The owners accommodation sits to the right of the property with terrace that runs along the front enjoying the views of olive groves and the distant mountains. The owners accommodation consists of an open plan lounge opening to a kitchen, Master Bedroom with ensuite bathroom and walk-in wardrobe.
The first of the two separate accommodation sits to the front of the property with private terrace to the front of the property and a private courtyard terrace to the rear. To the side of the property are two shower rooms for guest use. Occaisionally campervans pitch at the property.
To the rear of the property is the second accommodation with lounge and kitchenette, bedroom and bathroom.
The Peńa (licensed bar) sits to the front of the property and is open to the guests and public Wednesdays, Fridays and Sundays. The owners also provide a food service to guests.
