Have you always dreamed of living surrounded by pure nature, rolling hills, and ancient olive trees? This unique finca, located right next to the breathtaking Montes de Málaga natural park, offers everything you need to begin a new life under the Andalusian sun.
Set on a spacious plot of over 11 hectares (116,511 m²) of agricultural land, the property includes approximately 20,000 m² of olive trees and 20,000 m² of almond trees. It is the perfect setting for producing your own “liquid gold” (olive oil) and enjoying a diverse annual harvest. The finca offers complete peace and privacy, surrounded entirely by nature with no direct neighbors, while still benefiting from easy access.
The property features an authentic ruin of approximately 130 m², full of character and potential. All required documentation is currently being gathered, and the application to rebuild the existing structure is already in process with the relevant authorities. This will allow the future owner, if desired, to legally convert the ruin into a home in accordance with current regulations.
A share in a private well is included, providing essential water access for agriculture and gardening. The property is free of charges and mortgages, has been legally checked, and is ready for a transparent and secure sale.
This finca is ideal for nature lovers, those seeking tranquility, and anyone wishing to live self-sufficiently or start an agricultural project. Whether you envision producing your own olive oil, creating a small rural B&B, or simply having a peaceful retreat to unwind, this is a place where those dreams can become reality.
There is also the option to acquire a smaller adjoining plot of approximately 7,500 m² for an additional €5,000. This additional land includes around 7,000 m² of olive trees and 7,000 m² of almond trees, making it an excellent opportunity for buyers who desire even more space or privacy.
The asking price is €85,000 for the main plot, including the ruin and water rights, or €90,000 for both plots together.
