Positioned within the gated community of El Herrojo Alto, Casa Gecko is an architecturally refined villa that combines timeless Andalusian character with elegant design details in one of Benahavís’ most exclusive and secure residential settings. The property enjoys uninterrupted panoramic views across the Mediterranean coastline, stretching from Marbella East and Puerto Banús to Estepona and the Rock of Gibraltar.
Just minutes from La Quinta Golf & Country Club and a short drive from the beach, the villa offers a rare balance between privacy, security, and accessibility. El Herrojo Alto is known for its tranquil atmosphere, 24-hour security, and proximity to Marbella, Puerto Banús, and international schools, making it particularly attractive for year-round living.
Set on a landscaped 1,258 m² plot, the villa has been meticulously maintained and designed around generous proportions and practical comfort. Traditional Andalusian architectural elements create warmth and individuality, while expansive living areas and large windows maximise natural light and connection to the surrounding views. The villa also benefits from a lift connecting the garages, guesthouse, and main residence, enhancing accessibility across all levels.
Outdoor living remains central to the property, with mature gardens, palm trees, a heated swimming pool, and multiple terraces designed to capture the panoramic sea views throughout the day. The possibility to store a private golf cart in the garage and drive directly onto La Quinta Golf further reinforces the lifestyle appeal of this unique location.
Unlike many contemporary hillside developments focused on density and uniformity, Casa Geco offers architectural identity, mature surroundings, and genuine residential scale within one of the area’s most established gated communities.
Our Insight:
From our point of view, what makes Casa Geco particularly compelling is its combination of panoramic positioning, architectural identity, and practical family functionality. Villas with this level of privacy, security, and uninterrupted coastal views are becoming increasingly difficult to source within established gated communities close to Marbella. The independent guesthouse, lift access, heated pool, and direct golf connectivity create a property that is not only visually impressive, but exceptionally well suited for year-round living and multi-generational use.
