A beautifully presented country property offering peace, privacy and spectacular views across the Guadalhorce Valley towards Málaga. Fully registered with AFO, with good access, a private swimming pool and an impressive 15,093m² plot with excellent potential for equestrian use.Tucked away in the hills between Tolox and Alozaina, this charming country finca offers an enviable combination of tranquillity, privacy and accessibility. Positioned on a quiet country lane, the property enjoys far-reaching views across the Guadalhorce Valley towards Málaga, with very little to no passing traffic and a wonderfully peaceful atmosphere.
Built in 2005 and maintained in excellent condition, the property is ready to move into and enjoy immediately.
The house provides approximately 145m² of comfortable accommodation and has been tastefully decorated throughout. The main living space is open plan, creating a bright and welcoming heart to the home, with a fully fitted kitchen, breakfast bar and a traditional log-burning stove which is perfect for adding warmth and atmosphere during the cooler winter evenings.
There are three double bedrooms, including a principal bedroom with en-suite bathroom, together with a separate family bathroom. The layout is practical and comfortable, making the property equally suitable as a permanent home, a peaceful rural retreat or a holiday property.
Plenty of Outdoor Space & Equestrian Potential
Outside, the property really comes into its own.
The generous plot provides the perfect setting for outdoor dining, with a covered terrace leading directly from the main living area, as well as plenty of space to relax in the sunshine and enjoy the spectacular views.
The private swimming pool is surrounded by a low-maintenance terrace, creating an ideal spot for long summer days and entertaining family and friends.
The impressive 15,093m² plot includes a large selection of established olive trees, fruit trees and a productive vegetable plot, giving the property an authentic Andalusian country feel.
The size and layout of the land also make this an interesting opportunity for buyers looking for a property with equestrian potential. There is ample land to consider creating a suitable equestrian setup, subject of course to the necessary permissions and regulations. For horse lovers looking for space, privacy and a rural lifestyle, this is certainly a property worth investigating.
Another attractive feature for those seeking a more self-sufficient country lifestyle is the property's existing supply of firewood. The owners have accumulated a substantial stock of firewood, estimated to provide at least five years' supply, providing an excellent reserve for the property's log-burning stove and reducing the need to purchase firewood for many years to come.
Access is particularly good for a rural property, with the majority of the track being concrete and a small section of well-maintained dirt track that is easily accessible by car. A concrete driveway leads directly to the property, with a covered carport and useful storage shed.
The property benefits from a large car port, storage shed, town water, a fully fitted kitchen, private pool, established olive and fruit trees and, importantly for buyers looking for a rural property in Andalucía, it is fully registered with AFO.
For those who enjoy the outdoors, the surrounding area offers numerous opportunities for walking and exploring. The beautiful Charco del Pntón Alto, with its natural pools, waterfalls and clear mountain water, is a short drive away, while the villages of Tolox and Alozaina provide local amenities and traditional Andalusian village life.

If your idea of the perfect Spanish home is somewhere peaceful, private and surrounded by nature, yet still within easy reach of traditional white villages and the Málaga area, this finca deserves a closer look.
A beautifully maintained country property with spectacular views, good access, private pool, AFO registration, established fruit and olive trees, a substantial firewood reserve and over 15,000m² of land offering excellent potential for an equestrian lifestyle.
