PAYMENT, DAMAGE DEPOSIT & CANCELLATION POLICIES AND SCHEDULES
To secure this booking, a payment of 20% of the grand total is due within 7 days of confirmation of intention to book. Any and all amounts payable, whether they be a second partial payment or the grand total, must be fully settled within 30 days of confirmation of intention to book.
DAMAGE DEPOSIT
A security deposit is held and will be refunded within 1 week of your departure following inspections.
RULES & RESTRICTIONS
Quiet hours are between 10 pm and 8 am
This a no-smoking property
No pets allowed
The total number of occupants will not exceed the quoted number unless agreed upon.
All trash and perishables must be disposed of, and dishes washed before departure.
INDEMNITY & LIABILITY
The Guest is responsible for their own travel/health insurance. Neither the Owner nor Manager shall be held responsible in any way for accidental injury, death or damage/loss to personal effects of the Guest. If, due to circumstances beyond the Owner’s control, such as flood, fire, hurricane or other damage, the Owner is unable to honour this agreement. The Damage Deposit and advanced payments shall be fully refunded, provided said damage was not the fault of the Guest. The Guest is responsible for all damages, excluding
wear and tear, including those which exceed the deposit amount.
